All timesheets submitted and approved before the payroll cut-off date (normally close of business on the 15th of each month) will be paid directly into your bank account on the last working day of the month. Please ensure you submit your timesheets in advance of the 15th to ensure your Hiring Manager has an opportunity to review and approve the timesheets. 

On occasion, Queen’s will bring the cut-off date for Payroll forward, for example, for Christmas or Easter holidays. In these instances, only timesheets submitted in advance of the revised early cut-off date will be included in that month’s Payroll payments.  Your Hiring Manager should advise you of this and timesheets should be submitted in line with revised dates in order to ensure payment.
